| 摘 要： | 目的：观察米非司酮配伍米索前列醇在过期流产中的疗效。方法：对52例过期流产患者应用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇治疗。d1和d2每12h给予米非司酮片50，25，50和25mg。d3每2h给予米索前列醇片200μg，最大累积剂量1000μg。结果：完全流产率达90．38％，患者清官率及阴道出血量明显减少。结论：米非司酮配伍米索前列醇用于过期流产完全流产率高，不良反应小。
