摘    要:研制一种稳定、低毒的文齐改进液。在文齐液中加入适量的AgNO3和5g/LKNO3,调整KH2PO4的用量为60mg/L,KCN的用量减至30mg/L。结果:有效消除了高球蛋白样品所致的浑浊,加入的AgNO3明显提高了HiCN试剂的贮存稳定性,减少了环境污染。此试剂特别适用于高球蛋白样品的测定,同时适用于试剂使用周期长,密封保存试剂及定期监测CN-有困难的基层医院使用

Abstract:An improved reagent of van Kampen Zijlstra was reported. A suitable amount of AgNO 3 and 5 g/L KNO 3 was added to van Kampen Zijlstra's reagent and the amount of KH 2PO 4 was reduced to 60 mg/L so as to obtain a pH of 7 0 to 7 4 and convert HbO 2 to HiCN within 5 min at room temperature. The amount of KCN was also reduced to 30 mg/L. So did the environmental pollution. Experimental results showed: turbidity caused by the flocculation of pathological plasma proteins was prevented and no difference was found, compared with that using Matsubara's reagent (P>0.05). This improved reagent was more stable and lower toxicant than the other two. So it's especially suitable to measure pathological blood samples and be used in cottage hospital.
