恒牙拥挤矫治中的拔牙问题

The teeth crowding is a malocclusion that appear most often. Face to serious crowding, the treatment often need to consider the problem about extracting teeth. While the choice of extracting teeth must effect the result of treatment. What tooth is better to choice to extract. The paper according to statistic and analysis of 82 cases that have extracted pemenent teeth in 114 crowding cases discovered that: every tooth can be became the tooth that will be extracted, but the first choice is extracting the first bicuspid. Extract a tooth or not depend on what kind appliance be used.
