| 摘 要： | 利用正交设计试验，优选出制备环孢素脂质体（１）的２个最佳处方，制备出１溶液，以显微镜计数法计算其粒径分布，应用薄层色谱分离法半定量地测定了其包封率（２种处方分别为９１．０％、８６．５％）。在此基础上，制备出１外用制剂。并用高效液相色谱法测定了制剂中环孢素的含量

| Abstract: | Two optimized formulations of ciclosporin liposome were selected using orthogonal design.The size distribution of liposomes were determined through microscopic counting.The rates of encapsulation were examined by TLC to be 91.0% and 86.5% respectively. Then two ciclosporin liposomal ointments were prepared,and the contents of ciclosporin in the preparations were assayed by HPLC. |
