心理护理对分娩的影响

目的通过观察加强分娩心理护理,对分娩发生的影响,探讨建立符合分娩的护理模式。方法选择2008年9月至2009年9月在金堂县第三人民医院住院分娩的初产妇,均为孕足月、单胎头位、枕先露,无妊娠合并症和并发症的,经骨盆外测量和B超检查羊水量、胎儿双顶径,估计胎儿体质量,可拟行阴道分娩。按住院号尾数的单双数分为观察组和对照组各100例,对照组实行常规待产护理,观察组则在常规待产护理基础上,实行心理护理模式护理。比较两组进入产房或手术室后的焦虑程度及分娩后的抑郁程度,第一、二产程的疼痛程度,角色适应良好率,以及分娩方式,自理能力等。结果观察组进入产房或手术室后的焦虑程度和分娩后的抑郁程度,第一、二产程疼痛程度,角色适应,自理能力,与对照组相比较,均有明显差异;分娩方式与对照组比较,无明显差异。结论加强产妇的心理护理,能减轻产妇的焦虑和抑郁程度,提高产妇角色适应及自理能力,可提高产妇的自我应激能力,缩短产程,降低剖宫产率。使护理质量得到进一步提高。

The Influence of Psychological Care on Delivery

Objective To strengthen the delivery of mental care by observing,on the birth occurred,and to explore the establishment of consistent delivery of care model.Method Select from September 2008 to September 2009 the Jintang No.3 People＇s Hospital The pregnant women,are full-term pregnancy,single cephalic,pillow first revealed,no pregnancy complications and complications by external pelvic B-ultrasound measurements and amniotic fluid,fetal biparietal diameter,estimated fetal weight,can be scheduled for vaginal delivery.Mantissa of the odd and even numbers by the number of hospital into the observation group and control group 100 cases,the implementation of the control group of conventional care to be produced in the observation group in the conventional basis of expectant care,psychological care model nursing practice.Into the delivery room or operating room were compared after the anxiety and the degree of depression after childbirth,the first and the second level of pain of labor,the role of adapting good rate,and mode of delivery,self-care ability.Result Into the delivery room or operating room observation group after the anxiety level and degree of depression after childbirth,the first and second stages of labor pain,role adaptation,self-care ability,compared with the control group,were significantly different;of delivery compared with the control group,no significant difference.Conclusion Strengthening maternal psychological care,can reduce the level of maternal anxiety and depression,improve maternal role adaptation and self-care ability,can improve maternal self-stress,reduce labor,reduce the rate of cesarean section.To further improve the quality of care.
