| 摘 要： | 目的:探索门诊输液大厅老年患者静脉输液护理风险及干预措施.方法:选择120例门诊输液大厅老年患者为试验对象,选择抓阄随机化分组,各60例,两组均在分析当前静脉输液护理风险后,再分别选择针对性护理、常规护理.结果:观察组一次性穿刺成功率(98.33%)、护理服务满意度(100.00%)高于对照组,医疗纠纷率(0.00%)、意外事件发生率(3.33%)低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:在确定门诊输液大厅老年患者当前护理风险后,采用针对性护理干预效果更为显著,能够降低意外事件发生率.

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the nursing risk and intervention measures of intravenous infusion for elderly patients in outpatient infusion hall.Methods:120 elderly patients in outpatient infusion hall were selected as the subjects,and randomly divided into 60 groups.After analyzing the current nursing risks of intravenous infusion,the two groups respectively selected targeted nursing and routine nursing.Results:The success rate of one-time puncture(98.33%)and the satisfaction rate of nursing service(100.00%)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the rate of medical disputes(0.00%)and accidents(3.33%)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:After determining the current nursing risk of the elderly patients in the outpatient infusion hall,the targeted nursing intervention is more effective and can reduce the incidence of accidents. |
