综合护理对风湿免疫性疾病患者的护理效果探究

目的:对风湿免疫性疾病患者接受综合护理的干预效果进行系统研究,以不断改善护理质量。方法:选择50例风湿免疫性疾病患者作为实验对象,数字奇偶法分组后探究每组护理效果。对照组(25例):应用常规护理;实验组(25例):应用综合护理。对比两组患者临床治疗效果、护理满意度。结果:实验组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:风湿免疫性疾病患者在临床治疗的过程中接受综合护理干预,不仅能够为疗效的增强提供保障,同样也改善了护患关系,患者的护理满意度更高。

Study on the Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on Patients with Rheumatic Immune Diseases

Objective: To study the effect of comprehensive nursing on patients with rheumatic immune diseases, so as to improve the quality of nursing. Methods: 50 patients with rheumatic immune diseases were selected as the experimental objects, and the nursing effect of each group was explored after grouping by digital parity method. Control group(25 cases): routine nursing;experimental group(25 cases): comprehensive nursing. The clinical effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the total satisfaction of nursing in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with rheumatic immune diseases in the process of clinical treatment can not only provide guarantee for the enhancement of curative effect, but also improve the relationship between nurses and patients, and the patients’ nursing satisfaction is higher.
