丹参胶囊祛痤疮效果的评价

目的:对丹参胶囊祛痤疮效果进行评价。方法:用组间对照和自身对照法观察丹参对痤疮患者的临床疗效,并对其功能进行评价。结果:试食期间各组人员未见明显不良反应,试食后丹参胶囊组痤疮数量减少27.02%,皮损积分变化明显,平均减少0.54,前后比较及与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);试食组总有效率为45.1%,与对照组(7.84%)比较,差异有胶囊显著性(P<0.05),皮肤油份未见明显改变。结论:丹参胶囊具有祛痤疮的功能。

Evaluation on Acne Eliminating Effectiveness of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Capsule

Objective: To assessment the acne eliminating effectiveness of Salvia miltiorrhiza capsule. Methods: Group-controlled trial and selfcontrolled trial were used to observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of functional food to acne cases. Results: During the treatment, no case showed significant adverse reactions. In the treatment group, the number of acne decreased 27.02%, the extent of skin lesions reduced to 0.54 averagely, and both showed remarkably difference before and after the trial, also showed significant difference while compared with the control group. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 45.1%, which was significantly different from that of the control group(7.84%)(P<0.05)The sebaceous secretion was slightly increased. Conclusion: Salvia miltiorrhiza capsule has the action of acne eliminating.
