| 胃苏颗粒结合兰索拉唑治疗活动性胃溃疡疗效分析 |

| 摘 要： | 目的:分析胃苏颗粒结合兰索拉唑对活动性胃溃疡的治疗效果.方法:选胃溃疡患者,随机分组治疗,对照组用兰索拉唑治疗,观察组联合胃苏颗粒.对比两组治疗效果.结果:观察组治疗后溃疡底部的厚苔面积、溃疡周围再生的上皮面积以及幽门螺旋杆菌的数目下降的程度、有效率指标均显著优于对照组,P<0.50.结论:通过应用胃苏颗粒联合兰索拉唑能够提高胃溃疡的治疗效果,加快溃疡部位的恢复.

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of Weisu granules combined with lansoprazole on active gastric ulcer.Methods:Patients with gastric ulcer were selected and randomly divided into groups.The control group was treated with lansoprazole.The observation group was combined with Weisu granules.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the area of thick moss at the bottom of the ulcer,the area of regenerated epithelium around the ulcer,and the degree of reduction of the number of Helicobacter pylori and the effective index were significantly better than the control group,P<0.50.Conclusion:Weisu granules combined with lansoprazole can improve the treatment effect of gastric ulcer and accelerate the recovery of ulcer site. |
