高寒菊科植物提取物中α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂的筛选

摘    要:目的:从高寒菊科植物中筛选α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂。方法:采用α-葡萄糖苷酶活性测定方法,对37种经水提取的高寒菊科植物进行了α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性的筛选。结果:在样品浓度0.625mg/mL反应体系下,5种高寒菊科植物水提取物显著抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶活性,抑制率达到50%上。结论:α-葡萄糖苷酶活性测定结果显示,某些高寒菊科植物提取物能显著抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶活性,如果对其进一步的分离、纯化并提取活性部位,有望获得高活性的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂。

Abstract:Aim:To screen alpha-glucosidase inhibitors from alpine Compositae herbs(ACH).Methods:By determining alpha-glucosidase enzyme activity,37 kinds of ACH water extracts were tested in search of alpha-glucosidase inhibitors.Results:It was found that 5 kinds of ACH water extracts at the concentraction of 0.625 mg/mL inhibited alpha-glucosidase and that their inhibitory rates were above 50%.Conclusion:It was indicated that the extracts of ACH had inhibitory activities on alpha-glucosidase.Therefore,ACH is suggeste...
