超声检查对高血压患者颈总动脉内膜-中膜厚度及斑块形成的探讨

目的:探讨超声检查监测高血压患者颈总动脉内膜-中膜厚度及斑块形成的意义。方法:使用Acuson128XP及PHILIPSM2540A双功能彩色多普勒超声诊断仪,7.5～12MHz线阵探头。对80例初发或未接受过系统降压治疗的高血压患者,脉压差40～50mmHg者为一组,脉搏压差>50mmHg者为一组,观察其颈总动脉的内膜-中膜厚度及斑块形成情况。结果:脉压差>50mmHg者颈总动脉内径、内膜-中膜厚度及粥样斑块发生明显高于脉压差为40～50mmHg者(P<0.001)。结论:超声检查监测可清晰显示颈总动脉内膜-中膜情况,在高血压动脉粥样硬化的防治及监测上有重要意义。

Ultrasound in detecting intima-media thickness and plague development of carotid artery in essential hypertension

Objective:To exeplore the value of high frequency ultrasound(HFUS)in detecting the plague development of carotid artery in essential hypertension.Methods:HFUS(Acuson 128XP and PHILIPS M2540A)examination was performed on 80 cases with hypertension(group A:pulse pressure from to 40~50mmHg,group B:pulse pressure over 50mmHg)to measure the intima thickness(IMT)and detect the plague development of carotid artery.Results:Patients in group Bhad greater IMT max and lumen diameter and higher plague incidence than those in group A(P<0.001).Conclusion:HFUS can be used to measure the IMT and observe the plague development of carotid arter.HFUS has important significance in preventing the development of artherosis.
