| 摘 要： | 目的分析早产发生的相关因素,讨论其预防和治疗措施。方法对我院2007年引起早产122例的相关因素进行分析。结果早产发生率为10.89%,引起早产的前六位相关因素分别为流产史(82.79%),胎膜早破(31.97%),臀位(18.03%),妊娠期高血压疾病(9.84%),宫内感染(9.02%),不良孕产史(6.56%)。结论早产与多种因素有关,主要高危因素为流产史,胎膜早破。应加强孕期保健,采取措施预防早产。
