乌灵胶囊联合氟哌噻吨和美利曲辛治疗心肌梗死后焦虑对照研究

[目的]观察乌灵胶囊联合氟哌噻吨和美利曲辛治疗心肌梗死后焦虑疗效。[方法]将60例住院患者随机分为3组。中药组20例,口服乌灵胶囊,3粒/次,3次/d;西药组20例,氟哌噻吨/美利曲辛(商品名黛力新,丹麦灵北制药厂,国药准字J20060001,氟哌噻吨0.5mg和美利曲辛10mg/片)早晨1片。联合组20例,同时使用两种药物。观测汉密尔顿焦虑量表评定,不良反应;血、尿常规、肝、肾功能及心电图。均连续治疗8周(56d)为1疗程。随访180d,判定疗效。[结果]HAMA评分各组均显著降低,均随时间呈下降趋势,联合组优于两个单药组;综合临床疗效联合组优于两个单药组;西药组出现口干1例,联合组出现失眠1例,未予特殊处理。复发病例,联合组少于两个单药组。[结论]乌灵胶囊联合氟哌噻吨和美利曲辛治疗心肌梗死后焦虑疗效满意,联合用药优于单一用药。

The Curative Effect of WuLing Capsule and Deanxit on Anxiety after Myocardial Infarction Control Test

[Objective]To observe the curative effect of WuLing capsule and Deanxit on anxiety after myocardial infarction.[Methods]The 60 case of the patients with the anxiety after myocardial infarction was randomly signed into three groups: WuLing capsule-treatment group(treated with WuLing capsule 3 capsule,tid po),Deanxit-treatment group(treated with Deanxit 1 tablet qd po),and WuLing capsule plus Deanxit-treatment group(tredted with WuLing capsule plus Deanxit,the dosage as the same as above mentionend),the course of treatment was eight weeks in three groups.treatment efficacy was evaluated with hamilton anxiety scale and the side effect was evaluated with treatment Emergert Symptom Scale(TESS) in before treatment and after 1-,2-and8-week treatment.[Results]The curative effect of the three group were 60%(WuLing capsule-treatment group,65%(Deanxit-treatment group),85%(WuLing capsule plus Deanxit-treatment group),respectively.[Conclusion]The curative effect of monotherapy WuLing capsule is similar to that of the monotherapy Deanxit on treating of anxiety Neurosis.The curative effect of WuLing capsule plus Deanxit is superior to that of the monotherapy WuLing capsule or Deanxit on anxiety after myocardial infarction.
