| 摘 要： | 新生儿，产妇、医护人员和空气同步样品金葡菌同源性鉴定，表明母婴同室新生儿金葡菌定植率（３４．０４％）低于非同室（５２．１３％），Ｘ￣２＝５．２８，Ｐ＜０．０５；母婴同室带菌产妇所生婴儿同步阳性率（５３．０６％）与非同室（７３．５３％）差异无显著意义，Ｘ￣２＝３．５５，Ｐ＞０．０５。我们认为母婴同室不会提高新生儿金葡菌定植率．
