| 摘 要： | 微小RNA(miRNA)是一种重要的内源性非编码RNA，在动植物及病毒中广泛存在。miRNA与肿瘤的发生、发展和预后关系密切，并参与肿瘤细胞的增殖、分化及凋亡。许多miRNA在肿瘤的形成过程中发挥着原癌基因或抑癌基因的作用。子宫内膜癌为妇科三大恶性肿瘤之一，其发病率逐年上升。现就miRNA在子宫内膜癌发病机制方面的研究进展作一简要综述。

| Abstract: | MicroRNA(miRNA)is important,noncoding single -stranded RNA that is widespread in plants and ani-mals.miRNA is concerned with tumor development and prognosis,and plays a crucial role in tumor hyperplasia,differ-entiation and apoptosis.Many miRNA may play oncogenic or anti -oncogenic role in the tumor development.Endome-trial cancer is one of the three major gynecological malignancies,with the increased incidence rate year by year.This article will review miRNA research progress in the pathogenesis of endometrial cancer. |
