吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗晚期乳腺癌的疗效评价

目的：观察吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗一线解救治疗失败的晚期转移性乳腺癌的疗效及毒副反应。方法：吉西他滨1250mg／m2加入生理盐水100ml 快速静滴 d1、8；顺铂75mg／m2加入250ml 生理盐水静滴 d1，每个周期21天，至少2个周期。结果：37例患者均评价疗效。总有效率（ORR）为59．46％，其中完全缓解（CR）1例，部分缓解（PR）21例，疾病稳定（SD）6例，疾病进展（PD）9例。主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制（Ⅱ－Ⅲ度）和消化道反应（Ⅱ－Ⅲ度）。结论：吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗晚期乳腺癌有较好疗效，且对蒽环类和／或紫杉类药物治疗失败的患者亦有较好疗效，毒副反应可耐受，可作为治疗复发转移乳腺癌的解救治疗方案。

Effects of gemcitabine and cisplatin in the treatment of advanced breast cancer

Objective:To observe the efficacy and adverse reaction of gemcitabine and cisplatin in treatment of ad-vanced metastatic breast cancer with failure first line treatment.Methods:Patients were treated by GEM 1 250mg/(m2 ·d),d1 ,d8 ,DDP 75mg/m2 ,devided into 3 days,d1 ~3 ,21 days was one cycle,treated at least 2 cycles.Results:All 37 patients could be evaluated.ORR was 59.46%(22 /37),1 patient was CR,21 patients were PR,6 patients were SD,9 patients were PD.The main adverse reactions were bone marrow suppression and gastrointestinal reactions. Conclusion:The effect of chemotherapy with gemcitabine and cisplatin is good to treat advanced metastatic breast cancer and patients having been treated with anthracycline and /or taxane,and the side effect can be tolerated.So thechemotherapy with gemcitabine and cisplatin can be used as a rescued program in the treatment of recurrent and meta-static breast cancer.
