| 摘 要： | 复发性卵巢癌的高发率及致死率一直是临床上的难题。根据复发性卵巢癌的定义、发病因素、诊断方法来不断探究对其有效的治疗方法是临床亟待解决的难题，结合患者的个人情况，是否行二次手术、如何确定化疗方案等问题仍然在不断地探索和实践中。另外，治疗新领域的开拓，如生物治疗、分子靶向治疗等新兴治疗方法已普遍被人们所接受，并积极运用于临床实践当中，已取得较好的治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Recurrent ovarian cancer is a difficult problem of clinical medicine.Combined with the patient's individual situation，how to determine whether secondary surgery，chemotherapy are studied.In addition，the new treatment，such as biological treatment，emerging treatments such as molecular targeted therapy has been widely accepted by people，and actively applied in clinical practice. |
