功能磁共振在肿瘤相关性抑郁诊疗中的研究进展

功能磁共振成像能够对脑组织进行实时功能显像，具有较好的时间和空间分辨率。将各种心理活动的神经生理基础和各种脑功能区域划分出来，对肿瘤相关抑郁患者情绪加工过程中的脑功能改变的研究，即可作为客观评价指标，还可作为一种评估药物疗效及探讨药物治疗机制的手段。本文就功能磁共振在肿瘤相关性抑郁诊疗中的研究进展做一综述。

A review of treatment of cancer related depression by fMRI

Functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI),can perform real - time functional imaging of brain tis-sue,has a good timing and spatial resolution. It can sepatate neural and physiological basis of a variety of mental activ-ity and divide various kinds of brain function area. The research of the brain functional alteration of cancer related de-pression emotional processes can be used an objective evaluation index. It is also method to evaluate drug efficacy and explore curative the mechanism of drug. This paper review the progress of fMRI the diagnosis and treatment of cancer related depression.
