全数字化X线摄影与彩色多普勒超声诊断乳腺癌的对比研究

目的：探讨全数字化 X 线摄影与彩色多普勒超声诊断乳腺癌的对比研究。方法：对2013年1月至2013年12月期间接受治疗的66例乳腺癌患者及34例乳腺良性肿瘤患者进行回顾分析，患者均使用全数字化 X 线摄影法与彩色多普勒超声诊断法进行检查。将患者术后的病理情况与检查结果进行对比，对两种方法的确诊率进行判定，并对两组方法联合后的准确率进行研究。结果：100例患者中，单发病灶81例，多发病灶19例。经全数字化 X 线摄影诊断后，诊断符合率为81.33%，经彩色多普勒超声诊断后，诊断符合率90.52%。结论：全数字化 X 线摄影与彩色多普勒超声诊断在乳腺癌诊断上均有较高诊断率，相比之下，彩色多普勒超声诊断的诊断率稍大于全数字化 X 线摄影，若将两者联用，可明显增大诊断符合率，为医护人员对乳腺癌患者的治疗奠定基础。

Comparison of fully digital X - ray photography of the and color doppler ultrasound for breast cancer diagnosis

Objective:To study the fully digital X - ray photography compared with color doppler ultrasound diag-nosis of breast cancer research. Methods:All 66 patients with breast cancer and breast benign tumor patients were an-alyzed,test with full digital X - ray tomography and color doppler ultrasonic. Results:Of 100 cases of patients,single lesions in 81 cases,19 cases multiple lesions. After fully digital X - ray photography diagnosis,diagnostic coincidence rate was 81. 33% ,color doppler ultrasound diagnosis,diagnostic coincidence rate was 90. 52% . Conclusion:Fully digital X - ray photography and color doppler ultrasonic diagnosis in diagnosis of breast cancer have a high diagnostic rate,combined test,can obviously increase the diagnostic rate.
