| 摘 要： | 肿瘤模型是肿瘤研究和抗癌治疗药物筛选所必需的方法。破译肿瘤发生发展过程的机制需要精确的模型才能满足其复杂性。随着科学技术的发展，肿瘤体外3D 模型的构建取得了突破，使我们能更好地研究肿瘤。本文就3D 模型在肿瘤研究中的优越性、构建方法及最新的研究进展做一综述。

| Abstract: | Tumor model is indispensable for tumor research and the screen of anti - cancer drug. Deciphering the mechanism of tumor development requires sophisticated research models,which could capture its complexity. With thedevelopment of science,the construction of 3D tumor model in vitro made breakthrough,which makes us investigate tumor better. This review aims to overview the advantage of 3D model,as well as its construction methods and the ne-west advance in the tumor research. |
