复方苦参注射液治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌同期放化疗所致急性口腔黏膜损伤的疗效

目的:观察复方苦参注射液治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌同期放化疗所致口腔黏膜损伤的疗效。方法:将82例局部晚期鼻咽癌患者随机分为两组，治疗组42例，对照组40例，两组化疗方案均采用顺铂三周方案并同步调强放射治疗（intensity modulated radiation therapy，IMRT）。治疗组应用复方苦参注射液联合生理盐水、利多卡因、庆大霉素和地塞米松配制的含漱液及复方硼砂溶液漱口，对照组应用生理盐水、利多卡因、庆大霉素和地塞米松配制的含漱液及复方硼砂溶液漱口，观察并比较两组病人治疗急性口腔黏膜损伤的效果。结果:所有患者均完成了放疗计划，治疗组在放疗第4周末及放疗结束时急性口腔黏膜的损伤程度明显低于对照组(P均＜0.05)；治疗组口腔黏膜损伤引起的疼痛程度低于对照组(P＜0.05)；比较两组治疗前后患者的体质量下降值，治疗组平均体质量下降明显低于对照组(P＜0.01）；并且治疗组平均总放疗时间少于对照组（P＜0.01)。结论:复方苦参注射液治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌同期放化疗所致急性口腔黏膜损伤效果明显，值得临床推广应用。

Curative effect of Compound Sophorae Injection in the treatment of acute oral mucosa injury with locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma caused by synchronous chemotherapy and radiotherapy

Objective:To observe the efficacy of Compound Sophorae Injection on treatment of oral mucosa injury with locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma caused by synchronous chemotherapy and radiotherapy.Methods:The selected locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients were divided into two groups (42 cases in treatment group and 40 cases in control group)randomly.The two groups patients were all accepted chemotherapy of cisplatin every three weeks in combination with intensity modulated radiation therapy(IMRT) and Compound Borax solution，and gargle ingredient of saline,lidocaine,gentamicin,and dexamethasone.The treatment group were treated with Compound Sophorae Injection additionally.Results:The patients of two groups were all finished the therapy.The incidence of acute oral mucosa injury of the treatment group was significantly decreased at the end of the 4th week and the end of radiotherapy (all P＜0.05).There existed statistical differences among the level of pain,body weight loss and the average total radiation time of the two groups（all P＜0.05）.Conclusion:The curative effect of Compound Sophorae Injection is significant for oral mucosa injury with locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients caused by synchronous chemotherapy and radiotherapy.It is worthy of clinical application.
