| 摘 要： | 霍奇金淋巴瘤的治疗在过去取得了显著进展。早期仅考虑消除病灶的观念已被综合治疗和平衡各种治疗所代替。目前对高危及复发病例仍面临许多挑战，其中预后因素对于疾病的诊断和治疗有重要作用。根据初始治疗后的评估，如PET-CT检查结果，可获知患者对治疗的反应，指导个体化治疗，可避免许多后期毒性反应，提高临床治愈率。

| Abstract: | For the past years，the therapy of Hodgkin's lymphoma (HL) has achieved great developments．An early focus on disease elimination has been replaced by concerns about the amount and balance of different therapies.Prognostic factors played a significant role in the diagnosis and therapy of HL.A response to initial treatment guided by PET result can individualize therapy and its late toxicity that impacts on future quality of life and survival can be avoided altogether. |
