| 摘 要： | 肝细胞癌（hepatocellular carcinoma，HCC）是常见的恶性肿瘤之一，同时也是全球排列第三位的肿瘤相关致死疾病。胰岛素生长因子（insulin-like growth factor，IGF）在细胞的生长与发展过程中的作用突出，相关研究表明IGF信号通路参与了多种肿瘤的致瘤过程。深入研究IGF在HCC发生及发展中的作用机制，寻找对应基因位点，将有助于揭开新的肿瘤相关发生机理，也为开发相关靶向治疗药物提供可能性，从而可能使HCC患者从中获益。本文系统复习相关文献，讨论IGF信号通路在HCC发生、发展过程中的相关分子机制及相关以IGF为靶点的相关治疗。

| Abstract: | Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is the third leading cause of cancer -related deaths worldwide.Due to its role in cell growth and development,the insulin -like growth factor(IGF)system is commonly deregulated in many cancers.By reviewing related literature,this paper mainly summarizes the molecule mechanism of IGF signaling path-way and IGF related therapies. |
