| 摘 要： | 目的：研究甘氨双唑钠联合同步放化疗在中晚期宫颈癌治疗中的疗效及毒副反应。方法：将我院收治的100例中晚期宫颈癌随机分为对照组和观察组，每组50例。对照组采用三维适形放疗、局部后装补量同步联合多西他赛＋顺铂化疗，观察组在对照组基础上加用甘氨双唑钠治疗。结果：观察组有效率为94％，对照组为80％，具有统计学差异（P ＜0．05）。两组毒副反应之间无统计学差异（P ＞0．05）。结论：甘氨双唑钠联合同步放化疗可以增加中晚期宫颈癌的疗效，且不增加毒副反应。

The effectiveness of glycididazole sodium combined with synchronous radiotherapy chemotherapy in locally advanced cervical cancer |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the clinical efficacy and side effects of glycididazole sodium combined with syn-chronous radiotherapy chemotherapy in locally advanced cervical cancer.Methods:Total of 100 advanced cervical cancer patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group.Three dimension conformal radi-ation therapy(3DCRT)and intracavitary brachytherapy were applied in the control group.The experimental group was treated by combined glycididazole sodium.Results:The effective rate was 94%in the experimental group and 80%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P <0.05).The incidence of side effects in two groups had no statistically significant differemce(P >0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of glycididazole sodium combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy programs is a safe and effective mode in the treatment of locally advanced cervical cancer. |
