OVCA1在宫颈病变中表达的意义及与CyclinD1、p16的相关性

目的:探讨宫颈病变中OVCA1与CyclinD1、p16蛋白表达的意义、相关性及与高危型人乳头瘤病毒(high-risk human papillomavirus,HR-HPV)感染的关系.方法:免疫组化法检测89例宫颈癌、30例宫颈鳞状上皮内瘤变(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,CIN)、21例正常宫颈组织中OVCA1、CyclinD1、p16的蛋白表达情况.结果:OVCA1在正常宫颈、CIN及宫颈癌中蛋白表达的阳性率分别为28.57%、60.00%、84.27%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).OVCA1的蛋白表达在低/高级别CIN、早/中晚期宫颈癌中均有统计学差异(P<0.05).OVCA1的蛋白表达与宫颈癌病理分型、分级及有无淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05).OVCA1与Cy-clinD1、p16的蛋白表达均存在正相关(P<0.01).OVCA1的蛋白表达在HR-HPV(+)组高于HR-HPV(-)组(P<0.05).结论:OVCA1蛋白表达异常参与了宫颈病变发生的全过程.OVCA1在宫颈病变发生中的作用机制与CyclinD1、p16的异常表达及HR-HPV感染相关.

The significance of OVCA1 expression in cervical lesions and correlation with CyclinD1 and p16

Objective:To detect the expression and relation of OVCA1,CyclinD1 and p16 in cervical lesions,and the relation with high-risk human papilloma-virus( HR-HPV). Methods:Immunohistochemical method was used to investigate the protein expression of OVCA1,CyclinD1 and p16 in 89 cases of cervical cancer,30 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia( CIN ),and 21 cases of normal cervix. Results:The protein positive expression rates of OVCA1 were 84. 27%,60. 00% and 28. 57%,respectively. There was statistical difference among cervical cancer, CIN and normal cervix(P<0. 01),There was statistical difference of protein expression in low/high CIN and early/advanced cervical cancer(P<0. 05). No significant association was identified between OVCA1 protein expression and hitological type,grade,lymph node metastasis(P>0. 05). There was statistical expressional relevance between OVCA1 and CyclinD1,p16(P <0. 01). The protein expression of OVCA1 was significantly higher in HR -HPV ( +)cases than in HR-HPV( -)cases. Conclusion:The protein expression of OVCA1 was significantly increased in cervical lesions,and may participate the whole carcinogenesis process. The expression of OVCA1 may have relation-ship with CyclinD1,p16 and HR-HPV infection.
