热疗联合放化疗治疗宫颈癌的临床应用及对机体免疫力的影响

目的:对热疗联合放化疗治疗宫颈癌临床应用及对机体免疫力影响进行研究。方法:2012年6月至2014年6月来我院住院治疗的中晚期宫颈癌患者91例，分为对照组（放化疗）44例和观察组（放化疗+热疗）47例。对两组的临床疗效、不良反应及对机体免疫力的情况进行比较。结果:观察组近期疾病控制率高于对照组，放化疗反应减轻，观察组在减轻放射性直肠炎及提高患者免疫力方面有显著优势，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论:热疗联合放化疗治疗宫颈癌能减轻放射副反应，提高机体免疫力，并且有望提高患者远期生存率，减轻放化疗远期副反应，明显提高患者的生活质量，值得临床应用推广。

Clinical application of hyperthermia combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy on cervical cancer and effect on immunity

Objective:To study the effect of hyperthermia combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy for the treatment of cervical cancer and its effect on immunity research.Methods:All 91 patients with advanced cervical cancer were divided into control group（radiotherapy and chemotherapy) 44 cases and observation group（radiotherapy and chemotherapy plus hyperthermia) 47 cases.To observe clinical curative effect，adverse reaction，and the immunity.Results:The short-term DCR of observation group was higher than the control group.The radiotherapy and chemotherapy reaction was reduced.The observation group had significant advantages in reducing the radiation proctitis and improving the immunity of the patients and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.01).Conclusion:Hyperthermia combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the treatment of cervical cancer can reduce the side effects，improve immunity and the long-term survival rate of patients，improve the quality of life of patients.
