右美托咪定与异丙酚麻醉对老年脑肿瘤手术患者脑保护效应对比

目的：探讨右美托咪定与异丙酚复合麻醉对老年脑肿瘤切除术患者脑保护的效应。方法：选取2012年1月－2015年1月于我院行脑肿瘤切除术的100例老年患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各50例。对照组给予异丙酚复合麻醉，观察组给予右美托咪定复合麻醉，对比分析两组治疗效果。结果：在 T1、T2、T3时，观察组 MAP、HR 明显低于对照组（P ＜0．05）。T1时，与 T0相比，各组 SjvO2明显升高，ajvDCO2、OER 明显降低，观察组改变幅度明显低于对照组（P ＜0．05）。T1、T2、T3时，与对照组相比，观察组 OER、ajvDCO2、SjvO2明显降低（P ＜0．05）。T2、T3、T4时，与 T0、T1相比，观察组 NSE 及 S100β上升水平明显低于对照组（P ＜0．05）。观察组麻醉恢复期改善情况明显优于对照组（P ＜0．05）。结论：右美托咪定复合麻醉对老年脑肿瘤切除术患者的脑保护效应优于异丙酚复合麻醉，具有进一步扩大研究的价值。

Comparative protective effects of dexmedetomidine and propofol on brain tumor surgery in elderly patients with brain tumor

Objective:To investigate the effect of dexmedetomidine and propofol combined anesthesia for elderly from brain tumor resection.Methods:All 100 elderly patients with brain tumor resection were randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each.The control group received propofol combined anesthesia,obser-vation group were given dexmedetomidine combined anesthesia.Results:At T1,T2,T3,the observation group MAP, HR was significantly lower than control group(P <0.05).At T1,compared with T0,each group SjvO2 significantly in-creased,ajvDCO2 ,OER significantly lower magnitude in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P <0.05).At T1,T2,T3 ,compared with the control group,the observation group OER,ajvDCO2 ,SjvO2 were significantly lower(P <0.05).At T2,T3,T4 ,compared with T0,T1,NSE and S100βobservation group were signifi-cantly lower than the control group (P <0.05).Recovery from anesthesia in observation group was better than the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion:Dexmedetomidine combined anesthesia for brain tumor resection in the elderly patients with brain protective effect was better than propofol combined anesthesia.
