摘    要:目的:观察 CK7、CK15、CK20、CD10、Bcl -2、Nestin 在基底细胞癌(basal cell carcinoma,BCC)和毛母细胞瘤(trichoblastoma,TB)中的表达,探讨其在两种肿瘤诊断和鉴别诊断中的作用。方法:对确诊的35例BCC 和7例 TB 石蜡包埋标本行 CK7、CK15、CK20、CD10、Bcl -2、Nestin 免疫组化染色,观察它们在肿瘤细胞及其周围间质中的表达。结果:对各种抗体在基底细胞癌与毛母细胞瘤表达分布比较,CK7、CK15、CK20、Nestin 表达分布无明显差异。Bcl -2在基底细胞癌中仅癌巢周边细胞阳性,间质部分细胞灶状阳性,而毛母细胞瘤中上皮细胞均弥漫弱阳性。CD10在两种肿瘤中周边细胞均阳性表达,但基底细胞癌中间质阴性,而毛母细胞瘤中间质阳性表达。结论:分析 CD10和 Bcl -2在肿瘤中表达分布的不同,有助于这两种肿瘤的鉴别诊断。

Detection of CK,CD10 and Bcl -2 in basal cell carcinoma and trichoblastoma
Abstract:Objective:To observe the different expression of CK7,CK15,CK20,CD10,Bcl -2 and Nestin in basal cell carcinoma(BCC)and trichoblastoma(TB),and to explore their value in diagnosis and differential diagnosis. Methods:Total of 35 cases of basal cell carcinoma and 7 cases of trichoblastoma were studied by using immunohisto-chemical staining on CK7,CK15,CK20,CD10,Bcl -2 and Nestin.The expression in tumor cells and surrounding stroma were observed.Results:The expression and positive distribution of CK7,CK15,CK20 and Nestin had no sig-nificant difference.Bcl -2 expression in basal cell carcinoma was only focally positive in cancer nest surrounding cells and partial positive in stromal cells.However,Bcl -2 in trichoblastoma was weakly diffuse positive.CD10 expression was positive in surrounding cells in both tumors,but was negative in stromal cells of basal cell carcinoma and positive in trichoblastoma stromal cells.Conclusion:CD10 and Bcl -2 expression and distribution in BBC and TB were differ-ent and it's helpful in the differential diagnosis of two tumors.
