摘    要:目的:RT-PCR法检测STMN1 mRNA在非小细胞肺癌石蜡组织中的表达与患者紫杉醇治疗疗效以及生存率的关系。方法:RT-PCR法检测135例非小细胞肺癌及20例正常肺组织中STMN1 mRNA的表达,探讨STMN1 mRNA表达水平与紫杉醇类药物化疗效果的关系。通过随访STMN1 mRNA不同表达水平的患者,探讨STMN1 mRNA表达水平与患者生存率的关系。结果:STMN1 mRNA表达水平在肺癌组织中显著高于正常肺组织(P=0.021)。STMN1 mRNA低表达患者无进展生存期为13.0个月,而高表达者为8.0个月(P=0.037)。紫杉醇类化疗方案在STMN1 mRNA 高表达组中的疗效显著低于 STMN 1 mRNA 低表达组(P=0.028),而在无紫杉醇类化疗患者中,两组之间疗效评价差异没有显著性(P=0.912)。结论:STMN1 mR-NA在肺癌组织中高表达。STMN1 mRNA高表达与较短的生存期相关,STMN1 mRNA表达水平与紫杉醇类药物化疗效果有关。mRNA高表达组的患者化疗疗效较差,提示STMN1 mRNA高表达对紫杉醇耐药。

The relationship between STMN1 mRNA with chemosensitivity and progression-free sur-vival time in non-small cell lung cancer
Abstract:Objective:To analyze the expression pattern of STMN1 mRNA in paraffin-embedded tissues of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC),and the relationship between STMN1 expression and survival of patients who was treated by paclitaxel.Methods:RT-PCR was used to detect the expression levels of STMN1 mRNA in 135 patients with NSCLC and 20 healthy people as control,and to evaluate the association between STMN1 mRNA expression level and the chemotherapy response.Kaplan-Meier and Log-rank test was used to explore the relationship between ST-MN1 mRNA expression level and survival of patients.Results:STMN1 mRNA expression level in lung cancer patients was significantly higher than that in healthy control (P=0.021).The progression-free survival time (PFS)was sig-nificantly different in patients with different expression levels of STMN1 mRNA.The PFS of patients with high STMN1 mRNA expression was 13.0 months,while PFS in patients with low STMN1 mRNA expression was 8.0 months (P=0.037).Moreover,the association between efficacy and STMN1 mRNA expression pattern remained to be significant different in patients who were treated by platinum-based chemotherapy with paclitaxel (P=0.028),while no signif-icantly different efficacy was observed between different expression of STMN1 mRNA in patients who were treated by platinum-based chemotherapy without paclitaxel (P=0.912).Conclusion:STMN1 mRNA expression is significant-ly higher in lung cancer tissues,and higher SMTN1 mRNA expression is associated with shorter survival time in pa-tients with NSCLC.In addition,there's a relationship between STMN1 mRNA expression level and the effect of paclita-xel.
