高龄食管癌68例外科治疗体会

目的:探讨高龄食管癌患者的外科治疗经验。方法:回顾性分析68例70岁以上食管癌外科治疗临床资料。结果:68例患者中手术切除65例，切除率95.6％，并发症发生率44％，其中肺部感染9例，吻合口瘘2例，心功能不全7例，心律失常10例，切口愈合不良2例，死亡2例，1例死于吻合口瘘，1例死于呼吸衰竭，死亡率2.9%。结论:严格掌握手术指征，选择合理的手术方式、加强围手术期处理，是减少高龄食管癌患者术后并发症的关键。

The experience of surgical treatment of 68 cases of elderly patients with esophageal cancer

Objective:To summarize the treatment experience of surgical of elderly patients with esophageal carcinoma.Methods:Retrospective analysis of 68 patients aged over 70 clinical data of surgical for esophageal carcinoma.Results:68 patients in the surgical resection in 65 cases,the resection rate was 95.6%,the incidence of complications was 44%,including 9 cases of lung infection,anastomotic fistula in 2 cases,7 cases of cardiac insufficiency,10 cases of arrhythmia,2 cases with poor wound healing,2 cases of death,1 case died of anastomotic fistula,1 case died of respiratory failure,the mortality rate was 2.9%.Conclusion:The key of reducing postoperative complications is strictly surgical testify,choose a reasonable surgical approach,perioperative treatment of elderly patients with esophageal cancer.
