miRNA-145在胃癌中的表达及临床意义

目的:探讨miRNA-145在胃癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征、预后之间的关系。方法:应用实时定量RT-PCR（qRT-PCR）检测miRNA-145在63例胃癌组织和40例对照组织中的表达，并将miRNA-145的含量分为高表达组和低表达组，分析其与胃癌临床病理特征、预后的关系。结果:miRNA-145在胃癌组织中的表达低于对照组，具有显著性差异（P<0.000 1）。miRNA-145的表达与患者的性别、年龄以及肿瘤的大小无关（P>0.05)。与分化程度、TNM分期、远处转移及术后3年生存率有关（P<0.05）。结论:miRNA-145的表达与胃癌的发生、发展及预后有关，miRNA-145有望成为胃癌新的肿瘤标志物之一。

Expression of miRNA-145 in gastric cancer and its clinical significance

Objective:To study the miRNA-145 expression in gastric cancer tissue and its relationship with the clinical pathologic features and prognosis.Methods:qRT-PCR was applied to detect the expression of miRNA-145 in 63 cases of gastric cancer and 40 cases of control group.The contents of miRNA-145 were divided into high expression and low expression group，and the relationship between miRNA-145 contents and the clinical pathological features and prognosis was analyzed.Results:The level of miRNA-145 in gastric cancer group was lower than that in the control group tissues，which had a significant difference（P<0.000 1）.miRNA-145 expression in the gastric cancer was not correlated with the patient's age，gender and tumor size（P>0.05).There were associations with TNM stage，degree of differentiation，distant metastasis and 3-year survival rate（P<0.05).Conclusion:Expression of miRNA-145 is correlated with the occurrence，development and prognosis of gastric cancer.miRNA-145 is likely to be one of new tumor markers for gastric cancer.
