新型内冷微波天线凝固肝组织的实验研究

摘    要:目的评价新型水循环内冷集束聚能微波天线的性能及其对肝组织的凝固效果.方法采用新型微波天线和以往的尖端螺纹形天线在同等条件下凝固新鲜离体猪肝组织,比较二者凝固坏死灶形态、范围、热场分布情况和天线的抗粘耐用性能等.结果新型天线凝固灶中心炭化较轻,短轴径更大(P<0.01),形态更接近球形;长轴径相对较小(P<0.01),更好地保护了正常肝组织;凝固时针杆无发热,不会引起皮肤烫伤并发症;天线更耐用.结论新型微波天线更适合临床经皮微波凝固治疗肝癌的要求.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the performance of a new type of microwave electrode and its coagulative effect in liver. The electrode, cooled by circulating water and composed of a bunch of fine electrodes, can focus its energy for a more efficient radiation. Methods A new type of microwave electrode and a usual electrode with whorl in tip were used to coagulate a fresh porcine liver in vitro in same condition. A comparison was made between the two electrodes in terms of the coagulation shapes, volumes, thermal distributions and the performances of anti-adhesion and durability of the electrodes. Results The coagulation necrosis of the new type of microwave electrode had less carbonization. With its longer short-axis diameter (P<0.01) and a shorter long-axis diameter (P<0.01), the coagulation necrosis took a more round shape, so it was more suitable for therapy for liver cancer and can protect the normal liver. The electrode had no fever and did not burn the skin. Moreover it was more durable. Conclusion The new type of microwave electrode has a better performance in the percutaneous microwave coagulation therapy for liver cancer.
