锌对大鼠胚胎脑神经元细胞生长发育作用研究

摘    要:目的:观察锌对脑细胞生长发育的作用。方法:采用大鼠胚胎中脑神经元细胞进行体外培养。结果:锌能促进体外培养中脑神经元细胞突起生长,突起数增多,神经元的存活数和神经元胞体的直径和面积增加。用流式细胞术分析证明,神经元蛋白质含量增高。结论:锌对胚胎中脑神经元细胞生长发育具有促进作用。

Abstract:Objective The effect of Zine on the growth of midbrain neurocyte was investigated.Methods Using dissociated cell culture of rat embryo in vitro.Results In the presence of zinc,the diameter and volume of neurons as well as the content of protein in the cell culture were markedly increased in image analysis and FACS.Conclusion Zinc might play a promotive role in the growth and development of midbrain neurocyte.
