人参皂甙Rb1改善奥氮平致糖脂紊乱的实验研究

摘    要:目的观察人参皂甙Rb1预防奥氮平所致大鼠糖脂代谢障碍的效果。方法50只雌性SD大鼠随机分为正常对照(NC)、奥氮平对照(OC)、奥+低剂量Rb1(OR—L)、奥+中剂量Rb1(OR—M)、奥+高剂量Rb1(OR—H)。NC组给予生理盐水,OC组给予奥氮平[2mg/(kg·d)],OR—L、OR—M、OR~H组在给予奥氮平[2mg/(kg·d)]基础上,分别以2mg/(kg·d)、5mg/(kg·d)、10mg/(kg·d)剂量给予人参皂甙Rb1,21天后测定空腹血糖、胰岛素、血脂水平,计算胰岛素敏感指数。结果OC组腹内脂肪、空腹血糖、胰岛素、三酰甘油水平显著高于NC组,胰岛素敏感指数显著低于NC组,OR—H组空腹血糖、胰岛素、三酰甘油水平显著低于OC组,胰岛素敏感指数显著高于OC组,OR各组间无显著差异。结论人参皂甙可预防大鼠奥氮乎所致糖脂代谢紊乱。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of ginsenosides Rb1 on preventing olanzapine-induced metabolism disorder in rats. MethodsFifty female SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups:olanzapine 2.0mg/kg, olanzapine 2.0mg/kg plus Ginsenosides Rb1 2.5mg/kg, olanzapine 2.0mg/kg plus Rb1 5.0mg/kg , olanzapine 2.0mg/kg plus Rb1 10mg/kg and control group. All drugs were administered via the intraperitoneal route (ip). Body weight, abdominal fat, blood glucose, lipids levels and insulin sensitivity index were assessed. ResultsAfter 21 days of treatment, administration of Rb1 10 mg/kg decreased abdominal fat , reduced blood glucose , insuline and triglyceride levels as compared with olanzapine alone. Rb1 2.5mg/kg or 5mg/kg was ineffective. ConclusionOur data suggest that ginsenoside Rb1 may prevent olanzapine-induced metabolism disorder in rats.
