消瘀片治疗新型血小板聚集功能缺陷症的临床研究

本研究采用中药消瘀片治疗新型血小板聚集功能缺陷症７２例，并与维生素Ｃ、Ｐ加安络血组６５例作对照，进行临床症状和血小板聚集功能的疗效比较。结果：显效率：中药组为８７．５％，对照组为３５．４％；两组小血小板聚集缺陷恢复率分别为９１．８％与１１．８％；停药６个月后随访的复发率分别为３０．８％与８２．１％。两组间的差异均非常显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结果表明：消瘀片有调节止血功能和血小板聚集功能，值得临床推广

Effect of Xiaoyu pian on New Platelet Aggregation Defect

The Xiaoyu pian(XYP, mainly consisted of prunus persica, Carthamus tinctorius, Glycyrrhiza uralensis, etc) was used to treat patients with new platelet aggregation defect. Patients were divided into 2 groups, the TCM group (72 cases) treated with XYP and the control group (65 cases) treated with vitamin C and P and/or adrenosem for at least 3 months. The results showed that marked effective rate was 87.5% in TCM group and 35.4% in control group (x2=39.7, P<0.01); the recovery rate of platelet was 91.8% in the former and 10.3% in the latter (x2=71.4, P<0.0l); the recurrence rate of follow-up(6 months after treatment) was 30.8% in the former and 82.1% in the latter (x2= 19.2, P<0.01). The difference between two groups was very significant. The results suggested that XYP could regulate the hemostatic action and the platelet aggregation function. It is worth while to use XYP as an hemostatic clinically.
