氮、磷、钾肥对黄连白绢病菌核形成和萌发的影响

目的 研究氮、磷、钾肥对黄连白绢病菌核的形成和萌发的影响，为黄连栽培过程中防治病害提供新的方法。方法 配制不同浓度的氮、磷、钾肥施加到土壤中，再接种菌丝块、菌核，观察对菌核形成、萌发的影响。结果 尿素、碳酸氢氨对菌核萌发、形成均具有显著的抑制作用，而磷酸二氢钠、氯化钾、硝酸钾对菌核的形成、萌发具有不同程度的促进作用，磷酸二氢钾对菌核的萌发作用不明显，对菌核的形成具有抑制作用。结论 生产中可采取偏施氮肥，少施钾肥、磷肥的措施来控制黄连白绢病菌核的形成及萌发。

Effect of N, P, and K fertilizers on sclerotial formation and germination of southern blight of Coptis chinensis

Objective To study the effect of nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and potassium (K) fertilizers on the sclerotial formation and germination of southern blight of Coptis chinensis so as to provide scientific basis for its integrated pest management (IPM). Methods Preparation of different concentrations of N, P and K was added into soil and the mycelium and sclerotia were put on the soil, and then the effect of the fertilizers on the sclerotial formation and germination was observed. Results The treatment of CO(NH₂)₂ and NH₄HCO₃ had significant inhibition on sclerotial formation and germination. The treatment of NaH₂PO₄, KCl, and KNO₃ showed the facilitation in various degrees to promote the sclerotial formation and germination. The treatment of KH₂PO₄ had no significant effect on sclerotial germination, but it had significant inhibitory activity to sclerotial formation. Conclusion In the production, the partial N, while less K and P fertilizers should be put to control the sclerotial formation and germination of southern blight of C. chinensis.
