| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨微量元素硒和锌在皮肤鳞状细胞癌发病中的作用。方法：采用原子荧光谱法对34例皮肤鳞状细胞癌患者,80例健康人进行血清硒和锌的含量检测。结果：皮肤鳞状细胞癌患者血清硒和锌的含量低于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：皮肤鳞状细胞癌引起患者硒和锌缺乏;对皮肤鳞状细胞癌患者适当补硒和锌,可能是一种合理、有效的治疗手段。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explored the action of Se and Zn element in pathogenesis of skin carcinoma. Methods：The serum content of trace element,such as Se and Zn in 34 cases with skin carcinoma,and 80 cases healthy adults were detected by Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry.Results：The serum Se and Zn content in patient with skin carcinoma were lower than healthy adults（P0.01）.Conclusion：The Se and Zn might be related with pathogenesis of skin carcinoma.The available supplement of Se and Zn might be reasonable and effective therapy. |
