早期腰大池脑脊液持续外引流治疗外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血的疗效观察

目的评价早期腰大池脑脊液持续外引流对外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者的疗效。方法将64例患者随机按照治疗方法分为持续外引流组和传统组，每组各为32例。分别采用早期行腰大池持续外引流与每天行腰椎穿刺术放脑脊液。对两组的疗效及各项观察指标进行比较作统计学处理。结果持续外引流组与传统治疗组在颅内压下降时间、意识障碍恢复时间、血性脑脊液转清时间、减少并发症等方向有显著差异。结论早期腰大池持续外引流较传统治疗方法疗效好。

Study on early continuing drainage of cerebrospinal fluid in treatment for traumatic subarachmoid hemorrhage

Objective To study the effect of early continuing drainage of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) from lumbar pool for treating traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage (TSAH). Methods Sixty-four cases with TASH were divided into 2 groups randomly. Thirty-two cases in the treatment group were treated with early continuing drainage of CSF from lumbar .32 cases in the control group were treated with lumbar punture daily . Results The therapeutic effect of treatment group was better than the control group in terms of decreasing intracranial pressure ,resuing of coma, cleaning CSF and reducing headache with no complications. Conclusion The early drainage of CSF from the lumbar pool can get better therapeutic effect than the control group.
