医学检验专业学生专业技能强化训练的探索与实践

为了培养检验专业学生技术操作的严谨性、规范性、准确性，提高他们的动手能力，选择了18项基本检验技术对医学检验专业本科生进行了强化训练。通过制定详细的训练标准、指派专门辅导教师、最大满足实验室及实验耗材的需要、严格训练后考核等措施，取得了显著效果，极大地提高了学生的动手能力，培养了作为一名检验人员的基本素质，为将来操作大型自动化检验仪器设备打下了良好基础。

Exploration and practice of reinforced training on professional skills for students in laboratory medicine

In order to cultivate prudence, standardization and accuracy of students in technical operation, enhance their capacity of manual work, we especially choose 18 basic inspecting techniques for reinforced training of undergraduates in medicine laboratory. Through setting up a detailed training criterion, assigning special teachers for guidance, satisfying students＇ needs furthest both in using laboratory and materials, examining strictly after training, we harvest remarkable fruits： not only the ability of their operation by hand advance to a higher degree but the basic qualities as a coming inspecting technician are well developed, which also set them a sound foundation for operating large - scale automatic inspecting apparatus in the future.
