捏脊浅刺加拔罐疗法对易感患者免疫功能的影响

目的观察捏脊浅刺加拔罐疗法对易感患者免疫力的影响。方法80例易感患者分为2组,治疗组50例,应用捏脊浅刺加拔罐疗法;对照组30例,采用普通针刺法。2组治疗1个疗程后,观察临床疗效及对患者免疫功能的影响。结果治疗组有效率92%,对照组76.7%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效明显优于对照组;治疗组治疗前后IgA及C3指标比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后C3指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论捏脊浅刺加拔罐疗法可提高易感患者免疫力,从而缩短感冒病程及发病次数,临床疗效确切。

Investigation of patients with repetition upper respiratory infection treated by combination of chiropractics, shallow puncture and cupping

Objective To investigate patients with repetition upper respiratory infection treated by combination of chiropractics, shallow puncture and cupping. Methods 80 ptients with easily infection were divided into two groups. Patients in treatment group (n=50) were treated by combination of chiropractics, shallow puncture and cupping. Patinets in control group (n=30) were treated by acupuncture. After a course, clinical effect and changes of immune function of patients were detected. Results The total effective rate in treatment group (92%) was higher than that in control group (76.7%, P<0.05). The clinical effect in treatment group was superior to that in control group (P<0.05). There were differences on IgA and C3 between before and after treatment in treatment group (P<0.05). There was differences on C3 between before and after treatment in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Combination of chiropractics, shallow puncture and cupping can enhance immunity of patients with repetition upper respiratory infection, short therapeutic course and frequency of onset.
