肾与胃肠同期原发肿瘤的回顾性研究(附5例报告)

目的 评价肾与胃肠同期原发肿瘤的诊治效果。 方法 回顾分析１９９８－０１～１９９９－１２期间对５例肾肿瘤中同期并发胃肠道肿瘤的诊断与治疗。 结果 同期收治肾肿瘤１０４例，肾与胃肠道同期原发肿瘤５例，占４．８％。５例临床表现以消化道症状为主，无泌尿系症状。Ｂ超和ＣＴ检查均诊断为肾肿瘤，均行根治性手术。病理诊断：肾透明细胞癌５例；合并胃腺癌２例，乙状结肠腺癌２例，直肠腺癌１例，均为原发肿瘤。随访２～２１个月，平均７．８个月，均健在。 结论 多原发肿瘤不能视为晚期肿瘤，应积极手术切除。强调术前应全面检查。影像学检查对肾肿瘤的诊断十分重要。

Synchronous primary tumors of the kidney and gastrointestinal tract:A report of 5 cases

Objective To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of synchronous primary tumors of the kidney and gastrointestinal tracts.Methods Retrospective analysis on data of 5 patients with synchronous primary tumors of the kidney and gastrointestinal tract has been made.Results From Jun.1998 to Dec.1999,five(4.8%,5/104)patients with synchronous primary tumors of the kidney and gastrointestinal tract out of 104 patients with primary renal cell carcinomas all presented gastrointestinal symptoms without any urologic symptoms.Renal masses were confirmed with B-type ultrasonography and computer tomography.Radical surgery was carried out in all the 5 patients.In the 5 patients primary renal cell carcinomas were diagnosed pathologically,2 of them were accompanied by primary gastric carcinomas,2 by primary sigmoid carcinomas and 1 by primary rectal carcinoma.All the 5 patients with were alive and the mean follow-up was 7.8 months (2-21months).Conclusions Multiple primary malignant neoplasms should not be considered as late-stage disease.Systemic examinations and radical surgery are recommended for such cases.Imaging is helpful in the diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma.
