| 摘 要： | 近年来有人提出胰岛素抵抗是原发性高血压的一种重要病因。本就胰岛素抵抗与原发性高血压的关系进行了综述，并且对有关胰岛素抵抗引发高血压的机制进行了回顾性分析，为胰岛素抵抗高血压的进一步研究提供依据。

| Abstract: | In recent years, there was a hypothesis that insulin resistance is one of the etiological factors of essential hypertension, but the hypothesis has not be admitted by all scholars. So this paper reviewed the relationship between insulin resistance and essential hypertension, retrospected to the mechanism of insulin resistance causing essential hypertension, and provided evidence and direction for future study. |
