摘    要:目的:定性分析中药复方附子理中丸中的化学成分。方法:采用GC-MS和RRLC-Q-TOFMS的方法分别建立附子理中丸的指纹图谱,并对色谱峰进行定性分析。并采用系统聚类分析法对指纹图谱进行分类研究。结果:定性了附子理中丸中的45个成分,依据指纹图谱分析,发现不同厂家的附子理中丸存在一定差异。结论:该方法可以为研究附子理中丸的化学成分和质量标准提供依据。
