稚儿灵颗粒治疗小儿迁延性腹泻60例临床观察

目的]观察稚儿灵颗粒治疗小儿迁延性腹泻的临床疗效。方法]120例小儿迁延性腹泻患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各60例。其中对照组采用思密达、贝飞达治疗,治疗组加用稚儿灵颗粒治疗。结果]对照组显效27例,有效17例,总有效率73.3%。治疗组显效39例,有效15例,总有效率90%,优于对照组。两组病理疗效比较治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论]稚儿灵颗粒对小儿迁延性腹泻有较好的疗效,且无明显副作用和禁忌症。

Zhierling Granule Treat Children Refractory Diarrhea 60 Cases

Objective]To observe the clinical cure effect of Zhierling Granule on children refractory diarrhea.Method] Randomly divide 120 cases into control and treatment groups with 60 in each.The control one takes Smectite and Bifido,the other added with Zhierling Granule.Result]In control group,27 had marked effect,17 had effect,total effective rate was 73.3%;while 39,15 and 90% for the treatment group respectively,better than other one,with marked difference by pathological comparison(P<0.05).Conclusion] Zhier...
