| 摘 要： | 肿瘤干细胞标志物的发现及应用对于肿瘤的预防和治疗有重要的意义。DCLK1是首次被发现只存在于肿瘤干细胞而不存在于正常干细胞的标志物。DCLK1在胃肠道癌、食道癌、胆管癌和神经胶质瘤等肿瘤细胞中均有表达,并且与肿瘤的发生发展和迁移复发都密切相关。尽管DCLK1作为肿瘤干细胞标志物还存在很多未知,但是DCLK1为肿瘤的靶向特异性治疗提供了一个新的发展前景。

| Abstract: | The discovery and application of cancer stem cell markers have very important significance on tumor treatment and prevention.DCLK1 is discovered only in the cancer stem cell marker but not nomal stem cells for the first time.Some studies have shown that DCLK1 expression was detectded in gastrointestinal cancer,esophageal cancer,bile duct carcinoma and glioma.The expression of DCLK1 in tumor is closely related to tumor development,progression,and recurrenceand migration.Although DCLK1 remain to be known as cancer stem cell marker,it provides a new developing prospectives for tumor targeting specific treatment. |
