| 摘 要： | 目的探讨抑郁伴发广泛性焦虑与幽门螺旋杆菌（Hp）感染的关系。方法采用，4C呼气试验对100例抑郁伴发广泛性焦虑患者进行幽门螺旋杆菌测定，并与100位健康对照组作比较；同时选择Hp感染患者作自身胃镜检查，以判定疾病性质。结果两组Hp感染阴性率、阳性率比较，差异均有统计学意义（x2分别=56．19、5．17，P均〈0．05）；两组的感染程度均以轻度、中度为主，两组轻度发生率比较，差异有统计学意义（x2=7．34，P均〈0．05），而中度、重度发生率比较，差异均无统计学意义（x2分别=3．23、2．97，P均〉0．05）；两组关于糜烂性胃炎、十二指肠炎、其他病变、单发性病变、复合性病变发生人数比较，差异均有统计学意义（x2分别=10．96、4．68、8．15、8．13、8．12，P均〈0．05）。结论抑郁伴发广泛性焦虑与Hp感染密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection and depression associated with generalized anxiety disorder (GAD).
