| 摘 要： | 目的:了解G3BP蛋白在细胞中的表达及定位。方法:利用脂质体lipofectamine2000将提取的质粒pEGFP-CI-G3BP转染进入Hela细胞,培养24h后荧光倒置显微镜观察绿色荧光的表达情况及其在细胞中的定位。结果:pEGFP-CI-G3BP质粒被成功转入Hela细胞内,转染后绿色荧光可高效表达,分布在细胞胞浆中。结论:脂质体法是一种高效的转染pEGFP-CI-G3BP的方法,表达的G3BP蛋白定位于细胞的胞浆部分。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the expression and the location of G3BP in Hela cells.Methods:The plasmid pEGFP-CI-G3BP was extracted from E.Coli and was transfected into Hela cells by lipofectamine2000.The green fluorescence was observed through fluorescence inverted microscope after 24 h.Results:The plasmid pEGFP-CI-G3BP was transfected into Hela cell suceessfully,the green fluorescence was high level expressed in the cell.The location of it in the cells is cytoplasm.Conclusion:The pEGFP-CI-G3BP can be transfected into Hela cells effectively by lipofectamine 2000 and the fusion protein G3BP locates in the cytoplasm. |
