不同生长期栽培甘草的产量及有效成分分析比较

摘    要:为确定甘草的最适宜采收期 ,研究了不同生长期栽培甘草的产量及有效成分甘草酸、总黄酮、多糖的含量并进行分析比较。采用HPLC法测定甘草酸的含量 ,紫外分光光度法测定黄酮的含量 ,苯酚 硫酸比色法测定多糖含量。结果显示 :1、2、3年生甘草产量分别是 30 0 0~ 375 0kg/公顷、6 4 5 0~ 84 0 0kg/公顷、12× 10 3 ~ 15× 10 3kg/公顷 ;甘草酸的含量分别为 1 4 76 1%、1 7310 %、5 4 4 0 8% ;总黄酮的含量分别为 1 31%、1 32 %、2 17% ;多糖的含量分别为 11 87%、11 0 7%、7 88%。结论 :栽培乌拉尔甘草随生长期增长 ,其产量增加 ;甘草酸及甘草总黄酮在甘草中的动态积累 ,生长期 3年可达较高值 ;而甘草多糖则随生长期的增长含量逐渐降低。

Abstract:To determine the optimum collection time of Glycyrrhizia , the output of Glycyrrhizia and the contents of glycyrrhizic acid, total fl avonoids and polysaccharide of Glycyrrhizia in different growth stages were analyzed and compared. Glycyrrhizic acid was detected by HPLC, total flavonoids by UV and polysaccharides by phenol-sulfuric acid method. Results: In the first , second and third years, the output of raw Glycyrrhizia was 3000-3750kg/hec tare, 6450-8400kg/hectare and 12 10 3-15 10 3 kg/hectare respectively; the contents of glycyrrhizic acid were 1.4761%, 1.7310% and 5.4408% respectivel y; the contents of total flavonoids were 1.31%, 1.32% and 2.17%; the contents of polysaccharide were 11.87%, 11.07% and 7.88% respectively. It is concluded tha t, with the increasing growth of Glycyrrhizia, the output increases and glyc yrrhizic acid and total flavonoids increase, while polysaccharide decreases grad ually.
