急性肠梗阻的螺旋CT诊断

目的 探讨螺旋CT在急性肠梗阻的诊断中的作用。方法 本对23例经手术和临床综合诊断证实的急性肠梗阻病例的CT表现进行回顾性分析和讨论。结果 CT显示扩张肠袢和萎陷肠段间移行区为梗阻可靠征象。近段怕腔扩张越明显，远段结肠积气越少，越提示急性完全性肠梗阻；梗阻段肠壁增厚，延迟强化及系膜密度增高，血管模糊，是纹窄性梗阻十分重要的征象。结论 提示螺旋CT在评价急性肠梗阻方面有较高的价值。

The spiral CT in the diagnosis of bowel obstruction

Objective To evaluate spiral CT in the diagnosis of acute bowel obstruction and also discuss the CT technique in the examination.Methods 23cases of acute bowel obstructions comfirmed by surgical operation and clinic data were included in this study and the manifestations of CT were analysed retrospectively.Results The site of transition zone between the dilated bowel and the collapsed sug-gested strongly there was bowel obstruction,the more dilated the proximal bowel was,the less observed the distant colon gas was,the more reli-ably the diagnosis of acute complete bowel obstruction was made.Some valuable findings of CT scan indicated the presence of bowel stran-gulation,such as asymmetric bowel wall thickness,delayed wall enhancement,haziness of bowel mesentery and obliteration of mesenteric ves-sels.Con clu sion Spiral CT is valuable in detection of acute bowel obstruction.[
