手术室外来器械的使用与管理现状调查

目的了解湖南省各医院手术室外来器械的使用与管理情况，探讨存在的问题，并提出相应对策。方法在该省手术室年会期间，采用实名问卷调查的方法对参会人员进行调查。结果接受调查的21所三级医院及38所二级医院，其月手术量均〉200台，每月使用外来器械达十余台次至几百台次不等；每所医院同期接受3～8家医疗器械厂商提供的器械。在外来器械的使用与管理中，相关人员的培训及器械的清洗、消毒、灭菌等方面都存在交叉感染的潜在危险。结论医院手术室外来器械的使用与管理中存在很大的感染风险，需要加强监督并规范管理。

Investigation on the use and management of external medical instruments in operating rooms

Objective To investigate the use and management of external medical instruments in operating rooms in hospitals of Hunan province and evaluate the existing problems,and put forward the corresponding strategies.Methods During the period of provincial annual meeting of operating rooms,participants in the meeting were investigated by questionnaires.Results Twenty-one three-grade hospitals and 38 two-grade hospitals were investigated,the amount of monthly operations were all>200 times,the monthly use of external operating instruments were more than 10 times,even several hundred times;each hospital received medical instruments from 3~8 manufacturers during the same period.There were some potential risk of cross infection in the training of related persons and cleaning,disinfection and sterilization of instruments.Conclusion The risk due to the use of external instruments in the operating room is big,it is necessary to strengthen the surveillance and standardize the management.
